shoes, boots & bags oh my!

I have just realized that for the winter season alone, I have purchased roughly 7-8 pairs of shoes. Ughh, how did that happen???

Is that me complaining? Of course not! I just think I got a teeny-weeny bit carried away this season. I have had to rearrange my closet 3 times with constant shopping trips, but one of my new years resolutions is to make more clothes and do more DIY's, but for now, here are 2 pairs of shoes I just picked up the other day, 1 i grabbed pre-Christmas, along with a new bag I snagged.

Pair #1. I never shop at Spring. I think the last time I did I was in my teens, but I have an obsession with animal print. My dad the other day even said I belonged in the jungle. (I took it as a compliment), but either way, it is a love I can't ignore.

I got these puppies on sale, so it was almost as though they were calling my name! Can't wait to match them with a miniskirt, bright lips and leather studded jacket, to add some sizzle to my life!

Pair #2. For the last few months I have been looking for wedges like these, but could never find a pair that I loved and was in my price range. (Yeah know, cause at this point, I have already purchased 6 pairs) But voila, my love has been found!

I'm already 5'7, but feeling like a giant compared to my gf's is a tiny sacrifice for these beauties. These Aldo booties are bad-ass, are they not? I hate to admit it, but they remind me of Spice Girls circa 1997. Girl Power!!

Match them with american apparel tights or a miniskirt and legs will look miles long. And I sware these boots are just begging to be paired with a band tee. There are some edgy possibilities with these boots.

Pair #3. These were a smart choice. These H&M booties go with everything, and I mean everything! Jeans, tights, skirts and tailored shorts are only a few possibilities. Plus, they are super comfortable, and the rubber wedge keeps a classy lady from falling on her bum in the slippery snow.

Apparently, the shoes weren't enough for me when I stumbled upon this Vieta purse at Winners while doing some Christmas shopping for the family. I love bags that I can hold AND throw over my shoulder, and the fact that this was large enough to pack some shit stuff into it, the purchase had to be done. One wouldn't think these colours go together, but they do for me!

Oh the Holidays. The time to give others, and give yourself :)

I mean, I deserve it!

xoxo
